Perfect location, close to everything to make your stay comfortable. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable about both their jobs and the area . Hot tub is clean and hot ,pool is cool and clean. 10 /10 Highly Recommend!

My apartment complex did a big rehab project so my daughter and I stayed at Towneplace Suites for 6 weeks. The suite was nice. We had 2 bedrooms, each with large flat screen tv, a living room also includes an tv, and a full kitchen. They provide plates and glasses, flatware and pots & pans. A colander, measuring spoons, a spatula and serving spoon. We really didn’t need to bring anything but clothes. They even provide shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, coffee and pods for the dishwasher. Maid service does a refresh every 2 days, and a full turnover once a week. The ladies at the front desk were beyond helpful. They went above and beyond with any questions or concerns I had. They were always friendly and professional. I’d like to personally think Reina, LaVina and Barnesa for always being courteous and helpful. They made our stay great. Anything I might have needed was addressed immediately by each of these ladies. The laundry room has reasonable prices (much cheaper than the laundromat) and the pool and hot tub were awesome. The hotel is close the everything, all sorts of food spots and Ontario Mills is directly across the street. I would absolutely recommend Towneplace Suites and would happily stay there again.

Everything about this hotel is top shelf. The front desk worker Barnesa was exceptionally accommodating, pleasant, and professional. Thank you so much, ma'am. The room was super clean, and the technology was up to date. I was hoping for biscuits and gravy on the breakfast bar, but it was not available. The breakfast was still pretty good.

The front desk staff is exceptional!!! I was there for a month while my husband was in the hospital. They went above and beyond to help me in anyway they could. They were kind and understanding thru a variety of different situations. The rest of the staff was also good, courteous, and helpful. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and having the ability to do laundry was very helpful. I liked that in the laundry I could use my credit card. I had been at another Marriot and had to get change anytime I needed to do laundry. The location is convenient for groceries and restaurants. I would highly recommend this location.

Clean, fresh location near a mall with many food options and the Ontario International airport. Rooms and hotel was clean. Front desk staff were professional and helpful. A rarity lately with many Marriott locations

The staff are all very friendly, the whole facility is very clean. The pool area is also nice. I will say at least during my stay the elevator closest to the lobby is a little slow, but other than that everything else was great. Plenty of restaurants very near. Jersey Mike's, Panda Express, Baskin Robins all are just across the parking lot, Famous Dave's BBQ, Olive Garden, Red Lobster to name a few are all within walking distance. I didn't see people walking around outside high or drunk, or sleeping on the sidewalks either.

UPDATE FROM 1 star to 5 star: Just spoke with Jesse (General Manager) and I felt really taken care of. She followed up with me and sounds like she did a thorough job of checking the room I stay in for my lost jeans. I really appreciate this! ------- I will take this one star review down if I could speak to the hotel manager and feel like I've actually been helped. I stayed here a couple of nights ago and left a pair of jeans in a drawer. I called twice for lost and found and they just said it's not there and were unwilling to even check the room or offer to check (which other hotels would have). Before that, the shower didn't work for 3 nights and so my friend and I had to use the water that runs out of the bath faucet. Not cool. Very strange experience to be on business and not be able to shower. This is pretty bad guest services experience. Being cheerful is not enough guys. Caring about the experience a person has at your hotel matters and making a bit of effort to keep a standard that we pay for is good business. This is poor hosting skills.
